Yet, many never reach their full potential, because their problems are overlooked or misunderstood and adequate services are often unavailable.

South Carolina School Improvement Council

The South Carolina School Improvement Council serves as an advisory committee to a school's principal and faculty. (SICA) provides training and services to over 16,000 parents, teachers, students, and community members serving on South Carolina’s School Improvement Councils.
