Mission Statement

The Mission of the Upper Savannah Regional Education Center is to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of information, resources and services to students, educators, employers and the community.

The Upper Savannah Regional Education Center will serve as a catalyst to connect businesses and education resulting in a highly skilled, successful workforce and strong economic growth in South Carolina.

Goal #1

To provide services to students and adults for career planning, employment seeking, training and other support functions.

Goal #2

To provide information, resources, and professional development programs to educators.

Goal #3

To provide resources to school districts for compliance and accountability as it relates to the Education and Economic Development Act (2005).

Goal #4

To provide a communication conduit for information and resources between employers and education entities.

Goal #5

To build active regional relationships between education and businesses through the formation of partnerships.

Goal #6

To create and coordinate workforce education programs in collaboration with school districts and institutions of higher education.
